Bridget Swing


Bridget began practicing law in 1998 in Savannah, Georgia where she worked representing various financial institutions and banks in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.  In 2004 she moved with her husband and three children to her husband’s home town of Flat Rock, NC.

In 2010, through the toughest economic times our country has seen, Bridget managed a solo practice centered out of Greenville, South Carolina dedicated to defending clients rights during foreclosures. Working on behalf of her clients, Bridget gained a reputation for developing practical, workable solutions representing clients in short sales, deed in lieus and negotiating foreclosure workouts.  Bridget received her undergraduate degree from Furman University and graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe.  She is an active member of the South Carolina and North Carolina bar and is an inactive member in good standing of the Georgia Bar.  She and her husband have three children.

Noreen Stansell, Firm Administrator


Hailing originally from Long Island, NY, Noreen currently resides in Hendersonville, NC.  Noreen came to the mountains of WNC in 1996, by way of Orlando, FL. She has degree in accounting & business, and has an extensive accounting background.

Noreen has been involved in the business of real estate for many years, serving as a firm Administrator and Accountant for one of the area’s largest real estate brokerages in Western North Carolina. Efficient and accurate, Noreen understands the process of real estate closings from top to bottom, and works hard to make every transaction a smooth experience.  Noreen is also qualified as a Notary Public, and her husband Dave is a realtor in Hendersonville.
